Annotation

The article presents the results of the research the aim of which was to identify and scientifically substantiate psycho-pedagogical conditions facilitating the development of professional subjective attitude of a young teacher in the sphere of his/her professional activities. The author of the article analyses the content of the concept “professional subjective attitude of a young teacher”. The article proves that the process of development of professional subjective attitude of a young teacher is most successful with an in-house learning in other words when school itself serves as a training organisation.
