INTENSIFICATION OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS WITH MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AS A WAY TO GUIDE INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF STUDENTS

Annotation

The article deals with the questions of individual educational activities of the Business and Technology Faculty students in the conditions of education informatization. The author reveals the requirements to higher-school specialists’ training and carries out a thorough analysis of modern information technologies influence on the intensification of the educational process in universities. The author presents the experience of developing an electronic workbook on the special discipline “Basic Principles of Catering Organization and Food Merchandizing” for individual study of extramural students of the Business and Technology Faculty of Southern Federal University Pedagogical Institute.
