Annotation

Bologna agreement, which Russia joined in 2002, involves the mandatory use of information in all aspects of educational process. Modern universities are involved in the review process and dramatic change of educational content due to rapid development of information society. The federal universities formed by a joining several state universities began to play a special role among educational establishments of modern Russia. The given article describes main aspects of IT penetration process in federal universities.
