REFLECTION OF SOCIAL TRANSFORMATIONS IN PROFESSIONAL VIEWS OF A PERSON

Annotation

The article deals with peculiarities of reflection of professional ideas in the researches describing transformations taking place in the Russian society. Among the main trends of professional ideas dynamics research their changes in the process of professional education, the degree of their adequacy, transformation of ideas structure, modification of the image I-professional and etc. are considered. The author mentions great inertness of professional consciousness and its lag from changes happening in social medium. The influence of social transformations on professional ideas becomes apparent in the orientation on definite socially approved functioning models. Delay of reality reflection in professional ideas leads to the fact that transforming society itself imposes models and regulates these ideas in accordance with its new values.
