Annotation

The article is devoted to empirical research of one of the modern major problems of initial vocational training - social inclusive culture which is possible to be solved as part of state policy by means of social-legal competences increase of pupils of vocational schools and other groups of youth as well as by means of knowing psychological features of this age. Possessing social and legal knowledge, and mainly, knowledge of the basic statutory acts of social state support and protection of youth, they can become more successful in choosing future way of life. In curriculum of vocational schools, as well as in average comprehensive schools, there are practically no disciplines dealing with legal protection of youth. In this connection it is necessary to introduce special courses to increase socially-legal competences of both pupils and their instructors (teachers, masters of in-service training).
