Annotation

This article deals with pedagogical grounds of providing personal traffic safety in the process of traffic movement. The author states key principles and procedures of teaching and training participants of public traffic system. Pedagogical interpretation of the concept «traffic participant’s environment» is provided in the article. The necessity to create pedagogically effective preventive road traffic accidents system is grounded. The author explains reasons of traffic accidents and reveals pedagogical methods of their prevention. The model of stage-by-stage children adaptation to the really existent traffic regulations terms is developed.
