Annotation

This article deals with organizational and pedagogical conditions for guaranteeing high teaching quality at the university. These conditions include a set of measures for the effective solution of the problems of training quality. The author states that organizational and pedagogical conditions can be divided into two groups. The first group does not depend on teachers and includes social guarantees for the entire system of professional higher education and the objective conditions for a particular institution. The second group of conditions directly depends on the teachers’ readiness for their professional activity and for providing high quality of teaching.
