Annotation

The article deals with the pedagogical partnership management in the university education-and-research process. The author provides theoretical analysis of the problem under study and bases on certain methodical issues. System synergetic approach to the management of a pedagogical partnership in the university education-andresearch process is grounded. The author analyses principles of system-synergetic approach in relation to humanistic idea in education. The article focuses on the choice of concept of the pedagogical partnership management in the university education-and-research process.
