INDICATIVE MANAGEMENT AS THE MECHANISM FOR STRATEGIC FORECASTING OF RUSSIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

Annotation

The article is devoted to key methods as a basis for updating management in education by indicative management and indicative planning methods. Methods and techniques of indicative management are considered as a complex of strategic management in education covering all levels and time horizons. The author proves interdisciplinary character of indicative planning methodology; explains methods of forecasting education system dynamics. Certain forecasting background of an education system in modern Russia is revealed as well as mechanism for forecasting of education system steady development.
