RESEARCH ACTIVITIES OF A HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Annotation

The article reveals the principles of higher education transformation in the modern Russia economic structure. The author determines the differences in the world outlook of a lecturer of a traditional higher educational establishment and a lecturer of a higher educational establishment in the market economic environment. The concept of “professional competence” is related to research activities, analysis methods and awareness of the world modern achievements in the taught area. It is proved that in the scientific school it is possible to raise the status of a personality both as a teacher and a scientist, as well as the complex motivation and stimulation of his/her activities.
