Annotation

This article investigates the issue of revival and development of ethnic cultural values as part of the problem of survival of the whole ethnic group. The author outlines that any nation is rich for its ethnic values as part of the world heritage. There should be the tendency for self-development and development of cultural values of any nation in a civilized manner. The influence of ethnic cultural values on socialization of children is the process leading them up to the culture by the teachers. Also it is the creation of moral values, such as intelligence and freedom, creativity and self regulation, ability to self-development.
