Annotation

The article considers pedagogical conditions of development of high school students’ ecological culture in family education. The author underlines the importance of understanding priorities of ethno-pedagogical traditions of Western-Caspian ethnoses in the development of the key component of the modern ecological culture, i.e. ecological competences. The author differentiates the following main components of ecological competences: cognitive, activity-oriented, need and motivation-oriented and value and meaning-oriented. The cultural basics of the ecological culture development in the family education consist in scientific and ethno-pedagogical knowledge of the Western-Caspian ethnoses.
