Annotation

The systematic approach to management today is a necessary condition of the constant process of modernization of educational services, development of educational establishments and improvement of its competitive advantage. The considered model of the quality management system in vocational professional establishments is based on the standard ISO 9001:2008 (ÃÎÑÒ Ð ÈÑÎ 9001-2008) and guarantees a high quality of educational services required by consumers irrespective of external and internal conditions.
