Annotation

The State civil service is a specific sphere of professional official activities aimed at carrying out the duties of the government administration. Taking into consideration how acute the issue of moral and cultural revival of the society is, the problem of state employees’ professional training and developing their professional ethical culture becomes more topical. It is a state employee who plays one of the most important roles in developing moral, mental and ethical culture of the civil society and the State in general.
