Annotation

The article presents main principles of the author’s concept of management of the process of development of educational and social environment for health preservation and health improvement in school centres of health in residential neighbourhoods, municipalities and Northern regions. The concept has been successfully implemented in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District, Yugra, since early 1990s and now is on the final stage of its implementation.
