Annotation

The article considers the problem of creating psychological conditions of engineering specialist’s professional development and accentuates the role of the psychological competence in professional development of prospective engineers. The authors present the results of the researche into psychological difficulties of students and a model of psychological competence development as a factor of future professional success.
