Annotation

The article is devoted to methods of higher educational students’ individual work quality improvement in modern conditions. The authors consider various ways of using information and communication technologies in the educational process and suggest one of the methods of solving the problem of the right balance of individual and class work with the help of expert evaluation. The article describes the matrix of successful education and attempts to construct a model of the teacher that can be used in any educational area. It also presents the results of students’ cognitive needs analysis in the distant education.
