Annotation

This article studies the basic pedagogical problems which the North-American model of e-learning has. The research is based on the method of the content-analysis of the maintenance of original scientific materials of last two years and on the comparison of the revealed difficulties to the similar problems peculiar of domestic system of e-learning.
