Annotation

The article reveals an acute problem of the development of professional competences of the technicum students. The bases of modernization of the system of primary and secondary vocational education are disclosed. The forms of attestation of competences are given: «the centre of assessment», «all-round assessment», «grades». The author makes a conclusion about the pedagogical conditions of the development of professional competences of the technicum students.
