Annotation

The main task of the formation of polycultural space of our country is the improvement of teacher’s and manager’s qualifications in educational institutions with educational activity as the most important factor. The aim of this activity caused the model of formation and development of polycultural competence of educational institutions managers during the process of training. Pedagogical terms of effective functioning of this model in polycultural environment have also been studied.
