Annotation

The article considers the professional pedagogical competence of the social service system experts. The author analyses the personnel structure of social service system experts and presents a programme aimed at realization of internal training by means of an experimental course including education, trainings and self-education of experts. The research on the basis of social service establishments in Hunty-Mansiysk proves that successful development of professional pedagogical competence of the social service system experts can be provided with the help of the resources analysed by the author.
