DEVELOPING THE SYSTEM OF CHILDREN SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF ENVIRONMENT PREDICTORS

Annotation

The article reveals indicators of children supplementary education quality specific of various regions. The article is devoted to the topical problem of the supplementary children education quality in the context of environmental predictors, i.e. social factors reflecting the condition of environment as a variable constituent, capable of acting as constituents of cause relations, and as measuring instruments of reasons. The retrospective analysis of regional experience of key approaches to quality evaluation and supplementary education quality management in the process of preparation for state accreditation are also discussed in the given article. This regional experience is considered to be a unity of research procedures including determination of factors creating the personal development dominant, factors acting at the same time as a condition of the educational process and its precondition.
