Annotation

The article is devoted to the problem of development of pedagogical culture on the basis of historical and pedagogical analysis. The author looks at stages of family education development as a purposeful activity for a growing person in a constantly changing social situation of the post-industrial society. The article also reveals basic characteristics of parental culture, its value in the live of a person and the society as a whole. The author also pays attention to the importance of the problem of pedagogical means and factors of parental culture development as bases of effective family education.
