Annotation

The article discusses the problem and principles of personal and professional development of future specialists, which is considered traditional in the didactical science and has always attracted attention of both theorists of Pedagogics, and teaching experts. On the basis of various classifications of principles, the author analyses their requirements and principles corresponding to the laws of future social wor kers’ professional interaction development in higher educational environment. They are the humanism principle, complex structure of professional interaction culture as a hierarchical system, the principles of continuity, integration, complementarity, culture conformity, subjectivity and participation.
