Annotation

The article deals with some problems linked to the process of the new educational standards realization, such as: credit-module system and the approach based on competencies. Both of this has the main goal – supporting academic mobility – main Bologna principle. The main danger connected with transition to new educational standards is destruction of uniform Russian educational space.
