Annotation

The results of the scientific work of the author on the problem of IT-competence of primary school teachers are presented in the article. Particularly, there were determined the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the development of IT-competence of the primary school teachers in the system of further development: the development of the regional community of tutors for the further gradual scientific-methodical consulting of primary school teachers in the sphere of distance development; after courses support of primary school teachers in the use of IT; the use of telecommunication projects in primary school.
