AXIOLOGICAL GROUNDS FOR DEVELOPING TRAINING OF UNDERGRADUATES

Annotation

Basing on the analysis of higher school educational content, the article considers problems of educational system modernization in terms of axiological approach. The authors describe the system of axiological principles (equality of philosophical views, parity of traditions and creativity, existential equality of people) on the basis of which reveal the essence of the axiological approach. The article reveals the essence, principles and mechanism of using developing training system focused on preparation of a future expert by developing his/her practical and psychological readiness for professional work and presupposing an active position, independence and enterprise spirit.
