Annotation

The main trends in the development of higher professional education are connected with its transformation into the institute for social development. The methodological analysis of the topical scientific requirements, as well as the requirements of the society in Russia to the higher professional education, revealed the methodological basics which pointed out high significance of the practical direction in the modern education, confirmed the necessity to develop practical component in the educational contents and allowed to define the tendencies in the development of the students’ practical activity in the open area of higher school of the post-industrial era.
