Subjectness of a student: interconnection of its formation and development

Annotation

This article deals with various methodologically focused principles of interrelation between processes of formation and development of student’s subjectness, referring to the sphere of his/her professional self-actualization. The author considers one aspect of training future experts and their preparation for future professional activity. This training process is considered as the system providing appropriate stages of student’s subjectness development. The article specifies parameters of subjectness formation and development resulting from adequate support and assistance for personal and professional transformations of future experts. The author describes system of components constituting development of personality as the subject. The article also reveals positive and negative factors of personality development of a student being the author of his/her development trajectory in the context of educational situations.
