Annotation

The article presents the results of theoretical and practical research of coping behavior in the professional sphere. The author makes reference to the analysis of personal determinants of managers’ coping behavior including various coping strategies. The author offers supporting evidence to the great role of coping strategies in the structure of professional and personal potential of managers.
