Annotation

The article deals with the concept «corporate culture of higher education establishment». The author finds it necessary to change ideology of quality management in higher education establishments. The author puts forward so called value and motivational approach to management and suggests invariant groups of values relevant for any educational establishment under conditions of modernization of higher education as well as motivational tools corresponding to them.
