Modern professional education as means of social development

Annotation

Basing on the results the analysis of dysfunctional phenomena in professional education, the article convincingly proves that modern HPE (higher professional education) doesn’t have enough instruments that will ensure effective evolution of Russian society. The author suggests some theoretical and practical ways to cope with these dysfunctional states that will enable to revive a complete set of high school’s functions as the institute of social development.
