Annotation

The article is devoted to pedagogical, psychological, social and economic ideas of neo-behaviorism as the world outlook and theoretical and practical model of the technocratic approach to management, method of behavior modification for adaptation of the personality to social, economic and political systems. By technocratic way of thinking, management and education in neo-behaviorism are identified with obedience, submission; thus, fulfilling the function of transferring dominating values which should make a person adapted to ideology and standards of dominating state institutes.
