FACTORS FOR DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ SUBJECTNESS

Annotation

The article is devoted to the developing conditions for personal and professional transformations of a future expert in the sphere of education. Comparing traditions and innovations in teacher training, the author offers subject borders of mastering teacher’s profession by a student. The author describes spectra of students’ subject status displays based on multidimensional character of his or her self-expression in various spheres of vocational training. Differentiating and integrating characteristic features of forming and developing students’ subjectness are considered. The author singles out vectors of potential realization of students as subjects and defines certain mechanisms guaranteeing developing character of training an expert in the sphere of education.
