Annotation

The article is devoted to systems of designing pedagogical technologies in innovative engineering environment. The author provides detailed classification of pedagogical innovations, structure and hierarchy of innovative dominant in professional domain of engineering activity. Main attention is given to the analysis of applying designing action and action focused technologies in engineering education. The article also puts forward the necessary of industrial associations and businessmen to take part in development of educational standards, criteria, qualifying features, professional competences required by future engineers.
