TRAINING A MANAGER IN THE SPHERE OF PHYSICAL TRAINING AND SPORTS

Annotation

The article deals with the major tasks of sports managers being preparation of sportsmen and management of processes in athletic training. Training of sportsmen in any kind of sports represents a kind of controlled process aimed at achieving greatest sports form possible within certain time period. Professional sports demands special skills from employees involved in this kind of professional activity. Sportsmen, coaches and managers possessing high level skills, aware of modern trends and having all knowledge and skills required are in great demand. The author of the article is convinced that preparation and retraining of administrative staff for physical training and sports is a topical issue nowadays.
