Annotation

The article dwell on the role of is emotional volitional features providing activity, search of optimum strategy and preserving constant high quality of performance that determine professional success. The article provides the results of the research of emotional volitional sphere of successful employees working in Federal Sentence-Implementation Service. The authors draw distinctions in parameters of emotional reactions to the influences of environment, emotional stability, uneasiness, persistence, normative reactions and non-susceptibility to emotions between groups of successful and unsuccessful employees accordingly. Results of research allow considering some features of emotional-volitional sphere as preconditions for success of professional activity under extreme conditions.
