Annotation

The article deals with technologies of preserving mental health of younger schoolchildren through regulation of their emotional and mental strain in educational process. Basing on mass examination of pupils and teachers, the author reveals reasons of uneasiness, offers some training methods aimed at prevention and overcoming uneasiness and proves their efficiency in primary school environment.
