PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR DEVELOPING LINGUAL-CULTURAL COMPETENCE OF TECHNICAL COLLEGE STUDENTS

Annotation

The article deals with the problem of lingual-cultural competence development in the context of higher vocational training modernization. The author describes the basic features of the concept «competence» understood by many researchers as the integrated professional-personal structure reflecting the needs of a certain field of expert’s activity. Pedagogical conditions encouraging creativity in teaching and learning as a whole are also revealed in the article as well as efficiency of developing lingual-cultural competence of technical college students.
