REQUIREMENTS TO TEACHING MANUALS IN THE CONTEXT OF EDUCATIONAL CONTENT MODERNIZATION

Annotation

Modernization of education content assumes transition from simple transferring the facts to pupils and estimating their knowledge according to the volume of the acquired information to training schoolchildren how to put the received knowledge into practice and estimate the results of training from the point of view of their ability to use the acquired knowledge and skills. This transition presupposes development and edition of textbooks of new generation. Personal orientation of school education assumes creation of conditions for essential increase of pupils’ erudition level in those areas which are basic for their subsequent vocational training.
