Annotation

The article investigates instrumental aspect of psychology and pedagogy of pragmatism and neo-pragmatism concepts as branches of administrative knowledge concerning development of the person and society. The analysis of the management concepts and classification of the existing schools, directions of an instrumentalism is carried out; the author reveals ideological contradictions between them.
