TECHNOLOGIES OF CREATING CULTURAL-INFORMATIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR EXPERTS’ PREPARATION PRESENTED AS SYSTEM MODEL

Annotation

The article deals with the technologies of creating cultural-informational environment for training experts. The author considers factors for the pedagogical environmental system organization and technological maintenance of creation, functioning and development of professional training environment. The author reveals key features of the organization of intellectual model component of the system, thus, integrating informational and Internet-technologies. The author offers the model of institute development as an element of the experts’ preparation environment that is aimed at developing individual educational program of a student. The author also provides the criteria, enabling to estimate the modeled environment of personal and professional development of experts.
