REGULATING SOCIALLY-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE OF A STUDENTS’ GROUP AS A PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

Annotation

The article provides the results of research of socially-psychological climate (SPC) of students’ groups in higher school. The system of interpersonal relations forming SPC groups requires certain influence from the teacher. The purpose of the given research is to define and apply relatively universal, not depending on subject major ways of pedagogical regulation of students’ groups. The author describes the prevailing styles of relationships and interaction arising between a teacher and students revealed during the research as well as the key methods adjusting parameters of socially-psychological climate of students’ groups in higher educational establishments.
