Annotation

The article deals with the issues of formal and informal organizations in the context of professional competence of teachers of certain professional cycle in college. The author defines the essence of informal pedagogical organization of the given category of teachers; its role for the improvement of professional skills in college. The author makes comparative analysis of formal and informal types of training organizations and presents her own vision of the system of professional skills improvement in college. The topical character of the problem is predetermined by the necessity to improve pedagogical competence of teachers of certain professional cycles in college in connection with the modern requirements of vocational training reforming.
