PHENOMENON OF RE-EMIGRATION IN THEORETICAL-PEDAGOGICAL CONTEXT OF FOREIGN PEDAGOGY

Annotation

The article analyses main points in the development and theoretical grounds of new conceptualization of inter-cultural pedagogy. The author reveals new tendency to new theoretical conceptualization - pedagogy of migration and pedagogy of re-emigration and emphasizes intense development of new concepts and terms as parts of these trends. Theoretical sources of pedagogy of re-emigration are analyzed in the frames of neo-classical approach to the explanation of re-emigration processes, models of new economy of labor migration, structural approach, trans-nationalism concept, trans-boundary theory of social network. The author reveals the reasons of re-emigration and provides classification of re-emigrants: the ones returning because of a failure, returning because of conservatism, returning because of retirement, returning because of innovations.
