Annotation

The article is devoted to organizational-pedagogical processes of developing administrative competence of social sphere managers on the basis of methodological procedure of modeling and system-synergetic and akmeological approaches. As the result of the given research, the author creates theoretical model for developing administrative competence of social sphere managers and considers its implementation results.
