COMMUNICATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF HIGHER SCHOOL STUDENTS TRAINING IN TERMS OF PERSONALITY FOCUSED PARADIGM IN EDUCATION

Annotation

The article deals with personality focused character of communicative technologies in the training process. The author worked out and implemented personality focused model of communication for teaching students of pedagogical higher educational establishments. Application of personality focused communicative technologies of training is possible in vocational training of future experts and allows providing their creative, reflective attitude to their own professional development. According to the author, the complex of communicative resources is focused on modeling concepts, concept spheres of personalities, thus, revealing semantic essence of words during communication. Strategy and communication techniques are considered necessary background for off-spring of concepts and concept systems. Interrelation between concepts of the personality allows presenting the model of personal concept sphere as variable system of interrelation and interdependence of personal concepts.
