REFINING PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL EXPERTS BY MEANS OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES STUDYING THE NEEDS OF PROFESSIONAL-BUSINESS COMMUNICATION IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE
Annotation
The article considers national and foreign experience of studying language/non language needs of professional-business communication in another language, describes three stages of the carried out research and provides its results. At the first stage, needs of the client-customer and client-consumer were defined; the second stage included student’s communicative-cognitive project during which various types of the companies were studied, their activity and requirements to foreign language from the client-customer point of view; at the third stage, new technology of estimating quality of the offered services during teaching foreign language – i.e. methodical audit – was worked out.Key words
