PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF TEACHERS WITH DIFFERENT LEVEL OF PERSONAL UNEASINESS UNDER CONDITIONS OF PREPARING SENIOR PUPILS FOR THE STATE (FINAL) CERTIFICATION

Annotation

The article proves that under conditions of preparing senior pupils to the state certification there exists an urgent need for rendering pedagogical support to teachers with different levels of personal uneasiness as they might suffer from motivational complex deformation, retardant processes of sense realization and sense creating that negatively affects their pedagogical activity. According to the author, pedagogical support should be considered as a necessary mechanism of personal senses actualization and realization of personal-conceptual potential of the given group of teachers. In this connection, the article reveals basic components of pedagogical support system, conditions and factors influencing efficiency of its functioning in educational establishments.
