SOCIALLY-PEDAGOGICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF MATHEMATICAL GIFTEDNESS OF A TEENAGER
Annotation
The given article presents the generalized result of the long-term research of mathematical giftedness among teenagers carried out by the author in comprehensive schools of Orenburg and its area. The new scientific view on mathematical endowments of teenagers from the position of socially-pedagogical approach in education is revealed. The given approach allows to «discern» latent giftedness in teenagers. The author’s definition of the concept “mathematical endowments of teenagers” is provided. Socially-pedagogical view at mathematical giftedness is based on the concepts «the norm» and «deviation from the norm». The author proves it absolutely necessary to provide talented teenagers with socially-pedagogical support as part of socialization process of their personalities.Key words
